Ignorance is no longer an excuse

SHARE Golf Classic

SHARE (Serve Help And Reach Everyone) is a non-profit organization committed to fighting against the global crisis of child sex trafficking. A number of organizations, including the Department of Defense have characterized human trafficking as the world's fastest growing crime. And reports show traffickers are reaping huge profits off the crime. According to an Equality Now fact sheet, the sex trafficking industry pulls in an estimated $99 billion each year.

This tournament is unlike any other due to its commitment to integrity and transparency. This means that it’s a true score tournament without mulligans or anything that might alter the outcome. All proceeds from the Golf Classic Weekend will go towards SHARE’s continued fight against the global sex trafficking crisis. We are partnering with local organizations also fighting the crime creating an opportunity for each non-profit to raise funds to aid awareness, rescue and rehabilitation of sex trafficking victims.

Each course is divided into six-hole segments that will focus on each of these three areas: Awareness/Prevention, Rescue/Intervention and Rehabilitation/Empowerment. Organizations that fall into these categories in the fight against sex trafficking will have the ability to sell multiple single hole sponsorships to raise funds for their organization. Each of these six-hole segments will also be focused on educating the tournament participants about the category and how they can be a part of the solution.

There are many sponsorship opportunities for the SHARE Golf Classic including Title Sponsors for a six-hole segment focused on Awareness/Prevention, Rescue/Intervention or Rehabilitation/Empowerment.

Our Partners & Sponsors

Human trafficking is modern-day slavery and involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act. Every year, millions of men, women, and children are trafficked in countries around the world, including the United States. Prevention of trafficking by reducing demand is crucial to decrease the needed supply.

On each golf course there will be a six-hole segment focused on “awareness & prevention” of Sex Trafficking including combating demand.

Raids are a common method of intervention. They typically involve a police or pseudo/para militaristic force, and can be conducted in the style of a sting or the execution of a warrant. Multiple government agencies play a role in the intervention of Sex Trafficking victims.

On each golf course there will be a six-hole segment focused on the “rescue/intervention” aspect of the Sex Trafficking industry.

Being a victim of human trafficking is traumatic and dehumanizing. Rehabilitation is crucial for survivors to overcome physical, emotional and psychological trauma from being abused so that they can be empowered to return to life outside of the trafficking industry.

On each golf course there will be a six-hole segment focused on “rehabilitation” and how people can be a part of the solution to help victims of sex trafficking.

Now’s your chance to join the fight against Sex Trafficking. Proceeds from the tournament go towards organizations that are actively raising public awareness, intervening on victim’s behalf and empowering them to heal and live a life outside of the trafficking industry.
